These terms apply when you use our website or buy from Leopard and Lace Boutique. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
- We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Square. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping, final sales and order issues
All sales are final; we don't accept returns or exchanges. Shipping times and help with damaged, wrong or lost orders are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Promo codes
Promo codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time. One code per order.
Shopping assistant
Our AI shopping assistant is provided for convenience. Its answers may occasionally be wrong. Product pages, these terms and our policies always take priority over anything the assistant says.
Our content
Photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Leopard and Lace Boutique or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
